Don Amado Añejo is made from espadin agave that is roasted in palenques, distilled in ceramic pot stills and aged in American oak ex-brandy barrels. Smoky and herbal, this rare aged expression is remarkably smooth for a mezcal. Perfect in an Old Fashioned.
